Wiktoria Baran is the Director of Media and Communications, combining analytical expertise with a creative approach to branding and strategy. She graduated summa cum laude from California State University Channel Islands with a Bachelor of Science in Business and a minor in Psychology and is a member of the Gamma Beta Phi Honor Society. She also holds an associate degree in Economics and was recognized on the Dean’s List for four consecutive years. Currently, she is pursuing an MBA with a concentration in Marketing to further expand her expertise in strategic communication and brand development.
In her role, Wiktoria shapes the firm’s voice, oversees media initiatives, and drives strategic communication efforts. Her ability to blend data-driven insights with compelling storytelling allows her to create meaningful connections with clients and the broader community.
Outside of work, Wiktoria has a deep appreciation for fashion, sport, and art. She is passionate about giving back to her community and dedicates much of her free time to volunteering and supporting local initiatives.
