Lily Taft

Research Associate

Lily adds depth to our team’s research process across both the investment management and wealth planning teams. She brings a client centric attitude to all of our day-to-day operations ranging from account administration to communicating with the firm’s partnering institutions. As a participant in weekly Investment Policy Committee meetings, she analyzes client specific asset allocations, sector exposures and security selections as well as client wealth plans. In addition, she reviews and monitors daily updates and news from the firm’s outside research partners.

Lily’s previous experience includes work with Shelton Capital Management, as well as Main Street Research where she worked as an intern for two years. Lily spent significant time here in a rotational internship program across the equity, fixed income, trading, operations and our wealth planning teams. Her familiarity with firm processes, current structure, services and capabilities adds great value to our team’s depth and commitment to excellent client service.

Lily is a graduate of Tulane University’s A. B. Freeman School of Business with a Bachelor of Science Management (BS) in Finance and Management. She co-authored several Burkenroad Reports during her tenure, which covered companies under-followed by Wall Street. While a student at Tulane, Lily also served as an active member of the Darwin Fenner Student Managed Fund, which was allocated capital to invest on behalf of Tulane’s $1.3 Billion Endowment.

Outside of the office Lily enjoys skiing, hiking and any opportunity to enjoy the outdoors, especially in Lake Tahoe.
